Welcome to Zenova. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenova mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Zenova, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About Zenova
Zenova is operated by Zenova Health & Wellness Inc., a corporation incorporated federally in Canada ("Zenova," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Nature of the Service (Important)
Zenova provides an AI-powered emotional support and self-reflection tool designed to help users explore thoughts, feelings, and personal growth.
Zenova is not a medical service, mental health clinic, licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or emergency service.
Zenova does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment, or replace professional care. All content is informational and supportive only.
3. Emergency Disclaimer
Zenova is not intended for crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger, think you may harm yourself or others, or need urgent support, call emergency services in your area immediately or contact a licensed professional.
4. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zenova. Users under 18 may only use Zenova with verifiable parental or legal guardian permission.
5. Accounts & Access
You must create an account using Sign in with Apple or email-based authentication and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
6. Free & Paid Access
Zenova offers a free tier with limited daily usage and may offer paid subscriptions processed through Apple In‑App Purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Apple account.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of your content. By using Zenova, you grant us a limited license to process content solely to provide and improve the Service and maintain safety.
8. Privacy
Your use of Zenova is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Zenova, harm others, misrepresent the Service, or attempt to exploit or disrupt our systems.
10. Intellectual Property
All Zenova software, branding, AI systems, and content are the exclusive property of Zenova Health & Wellness Inc.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time.
12. Disclaimers
Zenova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Accuracy, availability, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
